In this part of our coaching, we’ll help you:
- Define your dream.
- Assist you in describing what you heart’s desire is.
- Identifying what values are most important to you.
Chakra 1 - Setting the Foundations of Your Business

As an energy healer, maintaining a Flow State is essential in order to provide effective healing sessions for your clients. Being in a Flow State means that your actions and thoughts are aligned with your purpose, without interference from judgmental thoughts or a desire to control a situation.
Having this skill is essential as you move into business planning so that not only will you pursue and achieve your client goals, but also your business goals. And most importantly, achieve them in a fulfilling manner.
In this phase of our coaching you’ll:
- Get crystal clear on your purpose,
- Learn how to enter into and maintain the Flow State.
- Practice maintaining the Flow State even while working on your least favourite business projects and activities.
Planning Your Business

Planning provides the opportunity to think about the future. You might change directions, and that’s OK, however, at least you’ll be prepared for the trip.

Marketing is how you communicate the value of your business to your target audience. It takes a combination of creativity and logic to be successful.
In this phase of our coaching, you’ll:
